1. What this covers
These terms cover the website tokenmaxxing.fyi, its public API and badges (together, the "Site"). The command-line tool tokenmaxxing-cli is separate open-source software released under the MIT licence; its licence governs your use of it, and nothing here narrows that.
2. Accounts
You sign in with GitHub. You are responsible for anything done from your account and for keeping your CLI tokens private. You can revoke any device from the Account page at any time. One person, one account.
3. What you upload
By pushing usage rows you confirm they come from your own use of AI tools on machines you control, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, display and aggregate them as described in the Privacy policy. You keep ownership of your data and can delete it at any time.
4. Public profiles and leaderboards
Profiles and org boards are private by default. If you set yours to public, the handle, avatar, aggregate figures and badge you choose become visible to anyone, including through the public API. We may remove, hide or reset entries that appear inflated, automated or otherwise misleading, and may suspend accounts that submit such data. Rankings are computed from API list prices published by the model vendors and are estimates. Nobody was billed these amounts.
5. Orgs
Anyone can create an org and invite members by code. The org owner controls whether the org is public. Joining an org lets its members see your totals within that org. Leaving removes you from its future figures.
6. Sponsored placements
Boards and profiles may show placements marked "Sponsored". Sponsored placements are always labelled and never alter the ranking of real entries.
7. Public API and badges
The public API and badge endpoints are free for personal and non-commercial use at reasonable request rates. Do not scrape profiles in bulk, republish individual-level data, or remove attribution from embedded cards. We may rate-limit or block abusive use.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain access to other accounts or to data that is not public, submit fabricated usage, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
9. Availability and changes
This is an early service run at low cost. We may change or discontinue features, and we make no promise of uptime. We will try to give notice of material changes on the site.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The Site is provided as is. All figures are estimates based on public pricing and local logs, and may be wrong. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for anything arising from the Site is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
